  Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely wrapped; our team will coordinate a convenient date for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control specialists will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable collection fees, within 7-10 business days.
